Hi! My name is Rocko but you can just call me Hao. I'm 25 years old and I live in Poland. My journy with art started in 2011. I have long way to go but I think I'm heading in the right direction! ^^

commissioning me or buying a design by me, you are automatically agreeing to the rules written below.
*These terms are subject to change and you must follow any new rules as well.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Waiting for art is 3 months, if it will take me longer due to private reasons I will send you a DM
2. IF you want to get WIP’s of your artwork, you need to let me know first!
3. I’m making fixes only up to the sketch/lineart stage! After coloring and shading I WON’T fix anything!
4. 3 small changes are for free, bigger ones will require you to pay a fee (every change means I will add a fee). Please keep edits in one note! I won’t be making one edit one day and another the next day.
5. On weekends I might not be available through notes, it’s time when I spend my time with family and partner!
6. IF I’LL BE MAKING COMICS FOR YOU, you will need to wait longer! Comics always have a lot of pages and a lot of half\full body characters in it so it will take longer!
7. I only take PayPal (EURO).
8. If there's AB1 and AB2, i will take the higher one IF the bid is made to max. An hour after AB1. Otherwise I’ll take AB1.
9. I decide when the auction ends and I can make it longer (max.2 days more) if i’ll see the need to do it.
10. PLEASE if you won the auction, REPLY to me when I note you! Even if you don’t want it anymore! It will give me some time to contact the other bidder if they want it! Not replying to notes/emails is just straight up rude and I will BLOCK you and BLACKLIST YOU. Especially if you have read it!
11. I will not start on your commission until I receive full payment (unless i say otherwise).
12. You may repost and use the commissioned piece if credit is given.
13. Do not make any edits to my artwork, if you want something changed contact me. Credit is necessary when being posted to customers page, DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN. Credit must be given if being used outside of deviantArt.com/Furaffinity.net as well.

PAYMENT:

1. Paypal or Revolut payment
2. EURO Only!
3. You can only pay when I send you an invoice! Don’t ask for my paypal!
4. You need to pay in a set amount of time (description of my ychs. Almost always 24h)

REFUNDS:

1.If your work has been started, you will get only half of the original amount you paid, if you waited more than 3 months!
2.You can ask for a full refund only if your work wasn’t started after 3 months of waiting!
3.If you open the case on paypal without discussing it with me first, I will block you and put you on my black list which will be available on my profile, to warn other artists! Refunds are given AFTER 3 months if i won’t finish the artwork! And I’m not making refunds if you are unsatisfied with the product! I can apply changes (as above).

ADOPTIONS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS:

1.You need to credit me as a designer on any site you decide to post bought design !
2.You can resell for any amount.
3.You can change character gender and overall design but I’M STILL the original designer!
4.I only use paypal for payments!
5.I’M NOT doing refunds for adoptions. You can resell them but I won’t give you a refund if you decide you no longer want it!
6.For custom designs you will wait 1 month maximum! And prices starts at 100€ and go higher!

Artists rights-I reserve the right to use rejected commission sketches for future works
-I reserve the right to alter and change my Terms of Service
